Item Entry and Tagging Information

ITEM ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
**Please read carefully!**

  • Gather and sort your items. It's best to go ahead and sort your clothing by gender and size. Place them with you by your computer.
  • Log in to your personal consignor homepage www.mysalemanager.net/hom_start.aspx?partnercode=WRMP To begin creating tags, click on "Work with Consigned Inventory", then click on "Work with My Consigned Items".
  • Fill in the information on the item you are entering into your inventory. Remember to price our items in $0.50 increments. Also, remember to click in the discount box if you would like your item to go half price on  Saturday. If you would like to donate your item if it doesn't sell, click in the donate box. When you are  done, click on "Submit Item". *NOTE: When entering sizes from the drop down menu, sizes are listed in numerical order, NOT in order of size/age. Please scroll down until you find the appropriate size.*
  • Once you have finished entering your items and creating your inventory, it's time to print those tags!
  • Make sure your printer is set to a normal print setting, NOT the highest quality setting. This will cause bar codes to print too dark or smear.
  • Make sure your ink cartridge is not running low.  Barcodes will not scan and we can not read them to enter them manually.  Also, half price items must print with a red star.
  • You may ONLY print your tags on WHITE CARDSTOCK. Color cardstock and regular printer paper will not be accepted.
  • Select items you would like to print or select print all tags. If tags print too dark or look blurry, they will not scan! Please go back and adjust your printer settings and reprint those tags. Please make sure your tags print 6 to a page. Tags printed smaller or larger may not scan and may be turned away.
  • You do not have to print all your tags at one time. Your inventory list will tell you which items you have printed a tag for.

TAGGING INSTRUCTIONS

Clothing
Each item should have a securely attached tag with a safety pin. When hanging clothes, position the hanger so it looks like a question mark. With garment facing you, safety pin the tag on the upper right corners of the item. We will have $1 tables so those items will not need a hanger.

Shoes
Need to be clean and packaged in a clear Ziploc type bag. Tape tag to outside of the bag with ONE piece of clear packaging tape across the top of the tag. DO NOT place tape over the barcode. NO masking tape.

Toy/Equipment/Furniture
Use tape to secure the tag to each item. Again, please DO NOT place tape over bar code. Masking tape is allowed ONLY on books!
